A newly renovated, modern farmhouse offering a private, cozy, and family-friendly four-season retreat overlooking the Kouchibouguacis River. Ideal for large families or groups, it features a main-floor king bedroom with a luxury spa bathroom, fully stocked modern kitchen, two living areas, and three additional bedrooms upstairs. All beds are new Canadian-made memory foam with fresh, high-quality linens.
Guests can enjoy river activities (canoeing, kayaking, boating), a large entertainers deck, custom fire pit for s’mores and stargazing, outdoor games, sledding in winter, and BBQs under the gazebo. Minutes from Kouchibouguac National Park and year-round rentals.
The entire main and second floors are accessible (basement off-limits). The home is equipped for infants and stocked with toiletries, spices, oils, coffee beans, teas, and extra conveniences. A professional cleaner ensures high hygiene standards.
